PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS A MEMBER OF inTravel Card, AS WELL AS REMEDIES AND RECOURSE EZ TOURIST CARD MAY TAKE IN CONJUNCTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE AND SERVICES. THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AS WELL AS A CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF DISPUTES.

Welcome to inTravel Card.com, a service offered by inTravel Card, Inc.( “we”, “our”, “us” or “inTravel Card” ) which allows you to purchase or order Iranian Prepaid Travel Cards For tourists in Iran. From now on we may call Iranian Prepaid Travel Card “Tourist Prepaid Travel Card“.
This Service is intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and any registration, use or access to the Service by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and in violation of this Agreement. If we become aware that you are using the Service even though you are under 18, we will deactivate your account.
By accessing or using the Services to complete a Tourist Prepaid Travel card purchase, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You represent that you are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with the terms and conditions. The Service is not directed to children under 18 so if you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to access or use the Service.
You do not have to register to visit www.inTravelCard.com or browse using the Service. To access certain features of the Service, such as buying Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards, you are required to register with inTravel and create a “Member Account”. inTravel may modify the Service and features and functions available within a Member Account at any time in our sole discretion.
You may control your Member Account profile and how you interact with the Service by changing the settings, where available. By providing inTravel your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Service and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in your Member Account settings page. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. If you provide inTravel with a mobile telephone number, we may offer you the option to enroll for text message alerts and offers. You can change your text message preference at any time using your Member Account settings page. If you agree to receive text messages, you authorize inTravel to use an automated dialer to send the messages.
As a User of the Service, You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots or bots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the inTravel Card servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that inTravel Card grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from inTravelCard.com for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting inTravel Card, its partners, systems, or User(s) any spam, chain letters, offensive material, or other unsolicited email, communication or other data; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service; (viii) using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity or sharing your Member Account or the Member Account of another User; (x) interfering with the function of the Service or using the Service in a manner that would result in fraud, chargebacks, penalties or complaints related to such behavior; (xi) accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service; (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein; or (xiii) making a false claim for a refund under the Purchase Guarantee or other similar policy provided by inTravel Card.
Suspension and Termination.
inTravel Card may temporarily or permanently suspend, terminate, or otherwise refuse to permit your access to the Service or a Member Account without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in inTravel Card’s sole determination, you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement.
All aspects of the Service are subject to change or elimination at inTravel Card’s sole discretion. inTravel Card reserves the right to interrupt the Service with or without prior notice for any reason or no reason. You agree that inTravel Card will not be liable to you for any interruption of the Service, delay or failure to perform.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other inTravel Card Users if any. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. inTravel Card shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.
The inTravel Card cannot edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of the inTravel Card, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws the inTravel Card shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss, cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
The inTravel Card reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to (a) monitor User Comments, and (b) remove any User Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these User Comment Terms and Conditions.
By posting User Comments on the Website, you hereby warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post any User Comments posted by you on this Website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
- the User Comments posted by you on this Website do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party;
- the User Comments posted by you on this Website do not contain any obscene, defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material;
- the User Comments posted by you on this Website do not violate any right of privacy or other rights of any person or entity;
- the User Comments posted by you on this Website do not violate any duty of confidentiality which you may owe to anyone else or violate any contract;
- the User Comments posted by you on this Website do not contain any contaminating or destructive features or devices such as viruses, time bombs or coding designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of this Website or any of this Website’s user’s computer equipment or software; and
- the User Comments posted by you on this Website will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
By posting User Comments on the Website, you thereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the inTravel Card, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any and all losses (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss), costs, claims, damages or expenses of whatever nature and howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from any breach of these additional Terms and Conditions or arising from User Comments posted by you on this Website, including without limitation as a result of any infringement of any intellectual property or other proprietary rights, libel, defamation, obscenity or such User Comments being otherwise unlawful.
Usage of the Tourist Prepaid Travel Card
Subject to the restrictions set out below, you can use the Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards at most locations that display the SHETAB acceptance mark, including shops, restaurants, online, or on the telephone. Before using the Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards you need to make sure there are enough funds loaded on it. You will not be able to use your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards after its expiry date. Please note that you should not use your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards at any merchant where authorization for the transaction is not requested electronically. Your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards is not a credit card and is not in any way connected to your bank account. You will not earn any interest on any funds loaded on your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards. The Issuer of the Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards and the Programme Manager is a Trusted Bank, based in Iran and the provider of the Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards is inTravel Card.com.
Applying for and activating your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards
You will receive your card at your requested location within 2 days of applying and paying for the card. A member of our customer representative team will call you or reach to your Hotel or place to provide you with instructions on how to retrieve your PIN, second PIN (known as PIN2) and how to activate. By activating your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Loading your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards
Once we have received the Currency (Dollar, Euros, Pound, Dirham) you are trying to change we load your card with the same amount of money in Iranian Rial currency. Other loading options may be added in the future; we will email you if and when a loading option is added.
Using your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards
Detailed instructions on how to use your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards are found on the website. You will need to follow these instructions when using your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards. The value of your transactions from the balance on your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards will be deducted as soon as they are made. If sufficient funds are not loaded on your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards at the time of a transaction to cover the amount of the transaction and the fees, the transaction will be declined. Your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards can only be used where the merchant requests authorization electronically. Where authorization is not sought, the transaction will be declined.
Cancellation and expiry of your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards
You have a legal right to cancel your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards before we issue your card and load it which will be the time we deliver the card to you at your Hotel without being charged a refund fee. If you paid online for the service, you will be charged only for PayPal commission. You will not be entitled to a refund of money you have already spent on transactions authorized or pending, or any fees for use of the Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards before the Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards is canceled or expires. You can cancel your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card by sending an email to us at info@inTravelCard.com.
For extra safety measures, please cut your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card in half through the signature box and magnetic strip, ensuring the chip is cut in half. Once we have received your cancellation request through website or email or text messages on WhatsApp, the refund of the funds remaining on your card will be processed. If you cancel your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards, once all transactions and fees have been deducted, we will arrange for any unused funds to be refunded to you (see the “Your Right to a Refund” section below for further information).
We may also cancel your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards immediately if we suspect fraud or misuse, have any other security concerns or we need to do so to comply with the law. If we do this, we will tell you as soon as we can or are permitted to do so after we have taken these steps. In these circumstances, you must tell us what you want us to do with any unused funds within 3 months of the date you receive notification Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards is canceled. Your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards will be valid for 12 months.
Keeping your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card secure
You should treat your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card like cash. You must keep your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card safe and not let anyone else use it. You must keep your PIN secret at all times. Do not write it down or reveal it to anyone. In no circumstances will we or should you reveal your PIN and second PIN (PIN2) to a third party. We recommend that you check the balance on your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card regularly online at the website or at ATM. You can see your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards balance and recent transactions at ATM. If you lose your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card or it is stolen, or you suspect that your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards has been used by someone other than you, you must tell us immediately by calling us on our lost and stolen card helpline +1 646 349 9167 or +98 912 076 0624 so we can cancel your Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards and transfer remaining fund to you new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card.
In the event that your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card is lost, stolen or misused by someone without your permission, you may have to pay part of the loss up to a reasonable sum of any loss incurred. If your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card is misused with your permission you will probably be liable for ALL losses. You will not be liable for losses which take place after you told us about the loss or theft of your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card, as long as you confirm this in writing within 7 days.
If, after reporting a Tourist Prepaid Travel Card lost, you subsequently find the card, you must not use it. Cut the Tourist Prepaid Travel Card in half through the signature box and magnetic strip, and ensure the chip is cut in half.
In the event that you do not use your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card in accordance with these terms and conditions or we find that you are using the Tourist Prepaid Travel Card fraudulently, we reserve the right to charge you for any reasonable costs that we incur in taking action to stop you using this Tourist Prepaid Travel Card and to recover any monies owed as a result of your activities.
Like other payment cards, we cannot guarantee a retailer will accept your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card, or that we will necessarily authorize any particular transaction. This may be because of a systems problem, something outside our reasonable control, or because we are concerned that your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card is being misused. Accordingly, we shall not be liable in any event that a retailer refuses to accept your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card, or if we do not authorize a transaction, or if we cancel or suspend use of your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card.
Unless otherwise required by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your total or partial use or inability to use your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card, or the use of your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card by any third party.
Your Right to a Refund
You can cancel your card any time and get remaining balance in your card in original currency with the same rate but the price for issuing the card will not be refunded. To do so, send us a request on the website or call us on WhatsApp or an e-mail to info@inTravelCard.com requesting a refund and confirming that you have destroyed your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card by cutting it up. However, to enable us to comply with our legal obligations, we may ask you to provide us with certain information before we can process your refund request.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. The up-to-date version of the Tourist Prepaid Travel Card terms and conditions will always be available on the website. If we think that a change is a material we will send you an e-mail and/or SMS text message and/or letter at least 30 days before making the change unless a more immediate change is required by law or other valid reason. If you are significantly disadvantaged by any such change that we make, you may cancel your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card in accordance with our refund policy.
When you use your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card at an ATM, you may also be subject to applicable fees, surcharge rules, and regulations of the relevant ATM, or other financial institution or association. If we decide to increase or impose any new fees, we will tell you by email, SMS text message, or post, at least 30 days before any changes take effect.
The authorization will be requested for all transactions at the time of each transaction. In the unlikely event, for any reason whatsoever, a transaction is completed when there are insufficient funds on the Tourist Prepaid Travel Card for that transaction (a “shortfall”), the shortfall shall be reimbursed by you unless it is due to an error on the part of the retailer where the Tourist Prepaid Travel Card was presented, in this circumstance we may seek the shortfall from the retailer. You agree that once we make this shortfall known to you, we may charge you for the shortfall amount.
We may charge the amount of the shortfall from any other Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards that you hold with us, to any other payment method which you may designate at that time, or against any funds which you may subsequently load onto your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card or on any additional Tourist Prepaid Travel Card ordered by you. Until we are reimbursed, the shortfall amount, we may suspend your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card and any additional Tourist Prepaid Travel Cards connected to you. You must let us know as soon as possible if you change the name, address, telephone number, mobile number or email address. If we contact you in relation to your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card, for example, to notify you that we have canceled your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card or to send you a refund, we will use the most recent contact details you have provided to us. Any email or SMS text message sent to you will be treated as being received as soon as it is sent by us. We will not be liable if your contact details have changed and you have not told us.
The personal information that is collected when you apply for a Tourist Prepaid Travel Card will be used by us, our Tourist Prepaid Travel Card issuer and third parties (on its behalf) to run your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card, process your fund transfers or transactions. We or third parties may also contact you to let you know about services that we believe may be of interest to you unless you have informed us that you do not want to receive this information.
We shall ensure that the appropriate technical and operational security measures are in place to keep the personal data transferred confidential and secure. You may raise queries as to the personal information held by us about you, let us know about changes to your personal information or contact us by emailing info@inTravelCard.com if you no longer wish us to use your personal information.
Disputes with retailers
If you have any disputes about purchases made using your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card, you should settle these with the person you bought the goods or services from. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased with your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card. Remember that once you have used your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card to make a purchase we cannot stop that transaction.

If you do not wish to enquire in this way you can alternatively call our customer service telephone line on (IRAN) +98 912 076 0624 or call us on WhatsApp number. Call costs from mobile networks or outside the IRAN may vary.
The Tourist Prepaid Travel Card program is managed by our trusted bank partner. If you are unhappy in any way with your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card or the way it is managed, please email us at info@inTravelCard.com so we can investigate the circumstances for you. Any complaints you have will be dealt with quickly and fairly.
The Tourist Prepaid Travel Card is an electronic money product and although it is a product regulated by the Financial Services Authority, it is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. No other compensation scheme exists to cover losses claimed in connection with the Tourist Prepaid Travel Card. If you choose to hold a balance of more than $10,000.00 on your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card you understand and accept the risks of holding this large amount of money. This means that in the unlikely event that our trusted bank partner becomes insolvent your funds may become valueless and unusable and as a result, you may lose your money.
We may assign the benefit and burden of these terms and conditions to another company at any time, on giving you at least 30 days prior notice of this. If we do this, your rights will not be affected. You may not assign your rights.
Transfer to a new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card issued by a different bank
We may transfer your unused balance to a new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card provided by another Tourist Prepaid Travel Card issuer at any time. Before we do this, we will send you an email and/or SMS text message and/or letter with at least 30 days notice of the new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card arrangements and the new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card terms and conditions.
Unless you advise us within the 5-day period that you do not want a new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card from the new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card issuer, you agree that we can automatically transfer the unused balance on your Tourist Prepaid Travel Card to a new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card provided by the new Tourist Prepaid Travel Card issuer.
All communications with you will be in English. These terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with Iran law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Iran courts.
